Saskia von Sperber was born 1978 and has always had a great interest in art and the animal kingdom. Saskia is a keen equestrian and after studying illustration at the Hamburg School of technical Arts (HTK) she spend ten years working as a safari guide in Southern Africa. Most of her Art is inspired by African and European wildlife and Horses&Hounds.
Saskia is now based in northern Germany where she lives in the country with her two young children and an assortment of horses and dogs. Saskia does take on Comissions and adores painting much loved horses and ponies.
